2. Permitted Use and License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use ZapText for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the limits of your chosen plan (Free Plan limited to 3 text snippets, or Lifetime Pro Plan with no limits).

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract the extension's source code.
• Use the tool for any illegal purpose or in violation of the Google Chrome Web Store policies.
• Share access credentials or resell access to the Pro Plan without prior written authorization from Knightly Dev.

3. Pro Plan and Lifetime License

The Pro Plan is granted upon a one-time payment. This model gives you a lifetime license to use all current features and future free updates of ZapText, with no recurring charges. This license is tied to the email account provided at the time of purchase and securely validated through our authentication and payment partners.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ZapTextis provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Since this is an extension that operates on top of third-party web pages (such as WhatsApp Web, social networks, CRMs, and browsers), Knightly Dev is not responsible for temporary instability caused by external structural updates to those third-party sites. We are committed to working continuously to maintain the product's compatibility, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in the face of external factors outside our direct technical control.

5. Changes to the Service and Terms

Knightly Devreserves the right to update, improve, or modify the extension's features periodically to improve the user experience. Likewise, we may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the tool after such changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.
